Dear Customer,

We wanted to address the possible concerns of the coronavirus and what our practices are to protect your home from contamination of the coronavirus or anything similar. 

​

We take a proactive approach to each home by only using disinfected rags, mop heads, and other items in each customer’s home.  We will never reuse a rag, mophead, etc. from another customers house in another home.  This will safeguard that any contaminants are contained and controlled until they are washed and disinfected at our office.

We use approved EPA products such as Clorox bleach to disinfect our supplies in the wash as well as Lysol to disinfect surfaces at our office, in our team vehicles, cleaning caddies, and tools/supplies.   Using the correct disinfectant is an important part of preventing and reducing the spread of illnesses along with other critical aspects such as hand washing.  According to the EPA, products on the list have "qualified for use against COVID-19" through the agency's Emerging Viral Pathogen program where manufacturers provide the EPA with data that "shows their products are effective against harder-to-kill viruses."  If there are any specific products you would prefer us to use at your home please leave it out, notify us before your scheduled cleaning, and our ladies will use it.
