What if I have special preferences? 

 We provide all cleaning products, However, if you have something special you would prefer that we use, let us know and we will make a note in your program profile for our associates to ask for your special products when they arrive to clean.

How do I know the job will be done right?

"Gimme A Break" personnel are dependable, professional, trained, and ready to tackle your cleaning needs. When we make the initial visit to your home, our supervisor notes all of your needs on your profile form. This is given to the cleaning team prior to each cleaning. We also make spot checks on each team in the field.

What if I am unhappy with the job?

When we clean and you are not satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we will reschedule a crew to come and redo your areas of concern.

How many people will clean my house?

We normally send a team of two housekeepers.

How long will it take to clean?

Generally, a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home will take a team of two housekeepers approximately 2 hours to clean.

Do you guarantee your arrival times?

 "Gimme a Break" Cleaning Services has a 1 hour arrival window. If your cleaning team is running late due to unforeseen conditions, a representative will call you to let you know of their estimated time of arrival. 

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

Can I trust "Gimme a Break" Cleaning Services?

Yes. "GAB" Cleaning Service cleaning technicians have gone through a full criminal background check, and "GAB" Cleaning Service is a fully insured and bonded company. Our housekeepers will arrive at your home in a company identified vehicle and housekeepers wear a "GAB" Cleaning Services uniform.

Do I have to be home when GAB Cleaning arrives?

We have numerous clients who provide us keys. These keys are stored and coded seperatley from all other client files and information to maintain a high level of security. 

Does the same team come every time?

"Gimme A Break" will assign a principal team to each home or office we clean. We periodically rotate team members to ensure quality cleaning and cross checks. We will always provide at least one of the principal team members in this rotation because it is important to maintain the familiarity of your home and unique requirements within the teams.

What if they break or damage something?

Unfortunaltley accidents sometimes happen. "Gimme a Break" is fully bonded and insured and will repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken as a result of an accident caused by one of our representatives. It is our policy that our teams report any incident that occurs, so that GAB Cleaning can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

How do I pay?

Simply leave a check out on the kitchen counter, payable to “GIMME A BREAK”, or pay the team directly if you are at home. We also accept Visa and Master Card credit cards and can set up automatic payments to coincide with your scheduled service.

Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning? 

Yes, please. In order to provide quality cleaning, please pick up any clutter laying around and put other personal items away that might interfere with the housecleaning team. Please secure your Pets and pick up after them, before we arrive.
